Terms and Conditions for Payments via Stripe and HubSpot

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of payment services provided by Stripe and HubSpot for Marttech Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding payments for technical support and marketing services ("Services") provided to our customers ("Customer", "you", "your"). By making a payment for our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Payment Methods
1.1 Stripe: We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to process payments. By using Stripe to make a payment, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy, which can be found on Stripe’s website.
1.2 HubSpot: HubSpot is also integrated into our payment system for invoicing and payment processing. Payments processed through HubSpot are subject to HubSpot’s terms and conditions and privacy policy, available on HubSpot’s website.
2. Payment for Technical Support Services

6.2 Payment Processing: We are not responsible for issues related to payment processing delays, errors, or failures caused by Stripe, HubSpot, or any third-party service. Any issues regarding payment processing should be directed to the respective payment provider.
